Recently, since about a couple of months ago I became a gym addict. I work out five days a week, two days with a trainer and three days on my own, on the day I do not go to the gym I try to tretch, do cardio or yoga from home. It's certainly a better addiction to have because most of the times I am occupied at the gym after work which is of course better than being bored and browsing at the mall:). Well, but when I get an email to inform me about a big sale, If it sounds too good not to take a sneak peak then I would schedule my work out schedule to check out the sale:). The clothes fit better, I feel better and much more energetic.
Do you work out? What is your work out regimen? are you a gym fanatic like myself?

ReplyDeleteAs for working out...I use to be a gym whore...running 3 miles 4 days of the week and weights 5 days out of the week...well, not anymore. I don't remember the last time I went to the gym!
